The Dobhar-chú also known as the King otter, is a creature of Irish/Scottish folklore. It's said to resemble either a dog/otter or dog/fish hybrid. It lives in water and has fur with protective properties and some speculate it to be 15 feet tall. Basically its a giant kaiju otter and given its mythic properties probably speaks with an accent like David Tennant.
